Glut!

In the twelve years we have been here we have never had so many apricots and mirabelle plums.

Conditions in the spring must have been perfect.

  1. Yum! Clafoutis or just the fruit with Ice Cream. My Dad always called the with ice cream ' á la mode ' must have been a pre war expression or a Lyons Corner House menu. Lesley

    1. Hello Lesley - I love the "a la mode". There is so much fruit I'm slightly overwhelmed. And of course all our friends are in the same situation, so don't want any of ours. Gamm Vert has these huge "vats" for fruit and I now know why!
