I like the Christmas Eve thing too, but does tend to mean everything is a bit of a rush!suejhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04072740351690646281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3063789335725081371.post-35186103076019733882012-01-06T17:26:20.684+01:002012-01-06T17:26:20.684+01:00Sorry to hear about the accident and glad it wasn&...Sorry to hear about the accident and glad it wasn't worse. I'm with Tod in waiting to decorate until Christmas Eve if possible. I love the sound of your Swedish dinner. :)suejhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04072740351690646281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3063789335725081371.post-2120180350664404092011-12-28T20:48:35.268+01:002011-12-28T20:48:35.268+01:00We had an interesting time with the carbon monoxid...We had an interesting time with the carbon monoxide detector going off in the parent's building at 1 am, digging a furious cat out of the closet and ushering two scared elderly people over to our house to sleep on the sofa.
And glad we did, as the furnace was leaking deadly fumes into their building.
So, other than that, Christmas was nice and quiet. And then a rice porridge with an almond in it and a bowl set out for the tomten to bring us luck in the New Year.Sharyn Ekberghhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11987304898246173619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3063789335725081371.post-3493104032657797592011-12-27T22:32:13.966+01:002011-12-27T22:32:13.966+01:00Thanks Fly - yes, it could have been so much worse...Thanks Fly - yes, it could have been so much worse. He's getting quite adept at coping with just a left hand and a bit of help from his fingers peeping out the sling. :)suejhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04072740351690646281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3063789335725081371.post-85596266815025120722011-12-27T15:23:54.182+01:002011-12-27T15:23:54.182+01:00What rotten luck...but at least it's (relative...What rotten luck...but at least it's (relatively) minor.the fly in the webhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04563871975125538755noreply@blogger.com
